Description

β€’ The will be responsible for creating comprehensive recruitment plans to maximize local campaign outcomes. β€’ Responsible for researching and strategizing ways to effectively recruit for all research sites across the country. β€’ Manages vendors including reaching out to new recruitment vendors, setting up initial calls, and developing relationships. β€’ Must also be able to manage budgets and update spreadsheets to reflect ad budget spend(s). β€’ This position may also assist with writing copy for patient recruitment materials that will be utilized for a variety of campaigns and throughout the network. β€’ Passionate about clinical research and finding new ways to recruit for studies that result in optimal outcomes. β€’ This role may include company-wide initiatives with our online presence as well as departmental initiatives to support ongoing trials.

Requirements

β€’ Excellent working knowledge of medical and research terminology β€’ Excellent working knowledge of federal regulations, good clinical practices (GCP) β€’ Strong relationship management; organizational and project management skills β€’ Ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse team of professionals β€’ Strong organizational skills: Able to prioritize, delegate, direct, support, assign and follow through on assignments β€’ Ability to develop strategies for optimal outcomes with patient recruitment β€’ Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills as evidenced by positive interactions with coworkers, management, and vendors β€’ Conducts meetings through live video and one to one interaction as needed β€’ Team Collaboration Skills: Work effectively and collaboratively with other team members to accomplish mutual goals. β€’ Bring positive and supportive attitude to achieving these goals β€’ Word, Excel and PowerPoint β€’ Ability to balance tasks with competing priorities β€’ Critical thinker and problem solver β€’ Curiosity and passion to learn, innovate, able to take thoughtful risks and get things done β€’ Friendly, outgoing personality; maintain a positive attitude under pressure β€’ High level of self-motivation, energy, and possesses a high degree of urgency β€’ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision β€’ Must have a client service mentality
