β’ The will be responsible for creating comprehensive recruitment plans to maximize local campaign outcomes. β’ Responsible for researching and strategizing ways to effectively recruit for all research sites across the country. β’ Manages vendors including reaching out to new recruitment vendors, setting up initial calls, and developing relationships. β’ Must also be able to manage budgets and update spreadsheets to reflect ad budget spend(s). β’ This position may also assist with writing copy for patient recruitment materials that will be utilized for a variety of campaigns and throughout the network. β’ Passionate about clinical research and finding new ways to recruit for studies that result in optimal outcomes. β’ This role may include company-wide initiatives with our online presence as well as departmental initiatives to support ongoing trials.
