Requirements
• You have an eye for the details and are always looking for ways to improve. • You are results driven and focused on how to prove results through data. • You have superior problem-solving skills and don’t mind “rolling up your sleeves.” • You are open to a fast-paced growth-stage startup where change is the norm. • You enjoy working with data and solving complex puzzles. • You are an expert with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. SQL reporting experience is a plus but not a must. • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree or significant industry experience strongly preferred. • Management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, fast-paced healthcare start-up/growth-stage company, or similar professional experience. • General HCBS, Medicaid, Medicare, and/or Long-Term Support Services (LTSS) product and customer knowledge. • Healthcare experience and familiarity.
