•Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field •Must be local to Washington DC •Must have experience leading a team that encapsulates BD, Capture, Proposal •10+ years of experience in growth operations, capture, proposals sales, or business development, preferably in the federal systems integration industry. •Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets •Strong leadership and team management skills. •Excellent communication and presentation skills. •Deep understanding of the federal government procurement process. •Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools, extremely proficient with Excel and presentation slides, must be able to perform analysis on growth numbers •Candidates MUST reside in the Washington DC, Maryland, or Virginia (DMV) metropolitan area.
