• Career EDGE is a fully integrated career readiness and case management software system supporting workforce and education entities. • As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll gather client requirements to ensure solutions meet their needs. • Manage multiple priorities while communicating effectively with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience. • Analytical Skills: Ability to translate client requirements into actionable development stories. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with both clients and internal teams, including executives. • Technical Skills: Experience working with Jira or similar project management tools to track development, create and test tickets, and manage workflows. • Innovation Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive, client-focused attitude. • Ability to Zag!: Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Ability to prioritize tasks, balancing multiple, often competing, demands and deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy. • Spark: Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a strong desire to take initiative and drive projects forward.
