Description

• Responsible for driving supply inventory management system and ERP implementation • Lead design and implementation of standardized Supply Management processes • Collaborate with IT and lab staff to ensure smooth adoption of new processes • Act as a key member of the SM implementation team • Support program management office in achieving implementation goals • Document and follow up on key actions and decisions from meetings

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent • 3+ years of supply management experience • 1+ Years of project management experience preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Understanding of Lab Operations workflows • Experience managing projects in a fast-paced, agile environment • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills • Experience with SmartSheet or other project management tools
