Description

• Responsible for the successful implementation of MCO dental and/or vision benefits. • Manage all documentation and communication regarding the implementation and/or program change. • Provide weekly dashboard reports. • Conducts implementation meetings with Company and MCO personnel. • Measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4 years' work experience • Minimum of 3+ years Account/Project Management experience • Previous Healthcare experience • Knowledge of Managed Care, Medicare and Medicaid, Exchange and Commercial Health Plans • Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite • Familiar with Smartsheet or project management software • Strong relationship building skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills to coordinate multiple tasks within the project with changing priorities and deadlines • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels within a Company. • Proven Project Management skills
