Description

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury litigation matters, from inception through resolution. • Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements. • Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis to develop effective strategies. • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations. • Interview and depose clients, witnesses, and experts to build a strong case. • Collaborate with support staff, paralegals, and other attorneys to ensure timely case progress. • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding case developments.

Requirements

• 4 - 8 years of experience in personal injury law is a must • Strong negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Commitment to providing high-quality client service. • Excellent organizational skills and time management are a must. • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines while multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment is necessary. • Admission to the State Bar of Arizona and in good standing • Juris Doctor (JD) Degree
