Description

• The Vice President will serve alongside senior leadership, designing and implementing the clinical health equity strategy focused on innovation, access, and quality. • Establish ANCHE as a source of truth for best practices on health equity interventions and procedures. • Provide strategic guidance to market-based and service line leaders on best practices to achieve equitable care and reduce disparities. • Collaborate with quality and patient safety leadership to align on health equity focused outcomes processes. • Engage with enterprise leadership for resource sharing and sustainability of equitable care.

Requirements

• Education: MD/DO degree • Certification / License: Certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility or Corporate Citizenship preferred. • Work Experience: 5+ years’ experience providing direct clinical care and working in a clinical environment (academic medical center, health system, community health practice preferred) • Clinical Practice experience within an academic health system and research environment is preferred. • Formal training in an applied/technical field, such as public health, epidemiology, health services research, quality improvement, data analytics or health informatics highly desired. • Experience leading or implementing health equity focused clinical and quality programs is preferred
