• The Client Renewal Executive is responsible for managing and executing the renewal process for Direct Client Services contracts for all bswift services. • Oversee the end-to-end process of contract renewals, including preparation, negotiation, and execution. • Ensure all contractual terms meet client requirements and bswift company standards. • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service levels with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and compliance. • Review contract performance and identify areas for improvement. • Achieve high client retention rates through effective contract renewal execution and management. • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive benefits administration landscape. • Ensure all contracts and related documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant with bswift company policies and legal requirements.
• 15+ years of experience in benefits administration, contract management, or related field, with strong track record in client relations and contract negotiations. • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field (advanced degrees or certifications are preferred). • Proven experience in contracts management and execution, particularly with executive-level contacts, in the benefits administration domain. • In-depth knowledge of employee benefits programs, regulations, and industry trends. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to interact effectively with executive contacts. • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex client needs. • Analytical skills to assess data and make data-driven decisions. • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple client contract renewals simultaneously.
