Description

• Help lead innovative strategies in digital payment testing at Testlio. • Drive impact across the client portfolio by shaping future payment testing solutions. • Collaborate with VP, Alliances and external partners to execute joint offerings. • Engage with enterprise-class prospects to provide effective Payments Testing guidance. • Dive into high-scale client work with top digital companies. • Report directly to Chief Client Officer to influence company initiatives.

Requirements

• Client-centric and consulting-oriented mindset, ideally honed through years of management consulting. • Robust experience with quality engineering, DevOps, and software testing for financial transactions. • Previous experience in a payments product leadership role within a B2B Payments or FinTech SaaS company. • Understanding of digital payments systems, including mobile payments and online banking, gained by 10+ years of experience. • Commercial orientation with a love of collaboration with sales teams and industry partners. • Keen intellect, vivid imagination, systems thinking, and rapid problem-solving skills. • Strong leadership to motivate and inspire teams. • Excellent communication capabilities for deep listening and clear understanding. • A Master's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is preferred.
