📋 Description
• Manage client relationships, develop innovative communication strategies, and collaborate with a dynamic team • Work on educational events, advisory boards, medical resources and internal training materials across multiple client accounts • Drive the delivery of projects to a high standard, on time and within the agreed budget • Take the lead on smaller projects and key elements of larger initiatives, managing timelines, budgets and resources effectively • Provide seamless logistical support, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience
🎯 Requirements
• Previous client services experience at a healthcare communications agency • A strong background in life sciences • A drive for delivering work of the highest quality • A highly organized, proactive and solution-focused approach • The ability to maintain excellent attention to detail while working on multiple projects • The ability to keep calm under pressure • A willingness to travel • Experience with Veeva desirable but not essential
