β’ As a Senior Account Executive in our EMEA region, you are responsible for developing relationships and closing new business opportunities with online brands and retailers with a focus on the EMEA Region. β’ You are responsible for driving revenue within Enterprise (ENT) and Small-Mid Market Business (SMB) clients by managing the sales process from start to finish including prospecting, identifying and establishing relationships with key decision makers, product demonstrations, contract negotiations, and closure of deals. β’ As a Senior Account executive, you take a truly strategic, consultative sales approach with a hunter mentality partnering closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Director to ensure revenue forecasts and customer acquisition targets are met or exceeded quarterly. β’ Drive sales, expand the customer base, and generate new revenue from new leads and existing clients; β’ Build a self-sourced pipeline to improve the book of business constantly. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects; β’ Lead in-person client presentations including qualifying discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and proposals; β’ Engage with prospects to understand their unique and specific "pain points" and produce compelling business cases to meet their needs, β’ Leverage Salesforce data to construct, forecast, and manage your own sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals; β’ Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the frontline of the business to help shape future product developments; β’ Work closely with your manager to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategies with overall company objectives. β’ Learn and put into practice all areas of the Rithum selling methodology
β’ 3+ years of enterprise sales experience β’ eCommerce SaaS sales experience β’ Experience in eCommerce Marketplace industry β’ Proven record of sales success in a complex software or technology environment β’ Ability to communicate and convey the value proposition of a complex software platform via phone, in person, and online demos β’ Experience utilizing an enterprise level CRM (preferably Salesforce) to monitor and manage you prospects and pipeline from open to close β’ Proven history of consistent goal achievement in a competitive environment β’ Highly effective organizational and multi-tasking skills β’ Excellent verbal and written communications skills β’ Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity β’ Understand the complexity in the European Digital Commerce landscape β’ Ability to create and deliver a strategic approach with regards to a book of business; creating and utilizing account plan-based strategy to deliver sales against target.
