• Serve as assessment leader for AP Physics C: Electricity and Magnetism • Be responsible for assessment content authoring/revising • Lead development and management of assessment content • Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with committees • Monitor and improve exam validity, reliability, fairness, and quality
Requirements
• Master's degree in physics (or a closely related field) • Knowledge of current trends in the discipline • Experience in standardized assessment development • Experience with digital assessment (preferred) • Teaching experience (preferred) • Superior oral and written communications skills • Excellent organizational and planning skills • Meticulous attention to detail • Excellent skills in process and procedure implementation • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and browser-based applications • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills • Willingness to travel up to 6 times a year
