• Optimize integrated production planning processes • Document current processes and recommend improvements • Evaluate efficiency of changes made to business processes • Lead tactical advancement of global planning • Expand adoption of SAP (IBP) tool • Ensure needs are met for manufacturing facilities • Drive automation for multi-site division • Ensure best practices harmonized across sites • Manage duties to complete Supply Planning processes • Analyze and monitor changes to business processes • Revise and update procedures and policies • Travel up to 25% for business meetings and site visits
Requirements
• Extensive experience in Leading/Performing Systemic (SAP) demand planning • Master scheduling • Production planning in a related industry • Process ownership • Proficiency in SAP planning modules and control tower • Work flow software’s • Microsoft suite • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills • Detailed knowledge of manual and SAP Planning Process mapping and improvement
