• Play a critical role in shaping and optimizing compensation programs. • Lead the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs. • Manage base salary, bonus, commission and other incentive compensation plans. • Oversee the design, implementation and roll-out of incentive compensation plans. • Lead annual compensation review cycles, promotions and market adjustments. • Advise and partner with HR business partners, talent management teams, and business leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Finance, Human Resources, or related field. • Advanced degree a plus. • 15+ years of relevant compensation experience • 8+ years of incentive/sales plan design, budgeting, modeling, and forecasting. • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience. • Commercially focused, with strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex organization. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; commercially minded, with demonstrated ability to partner with and influence stakeholders. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Working knowledge of Workday preferred. • Compensation certifications (CCP, GRP and/or CEP) preferred.
