📋 Description

• Develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap to internal teams and external stakeholders, including state and district customers; continuously refine the roadmap as customer needs, market dynamics and internal priorities evolve. • Align product strategy with program goals, while deeply understanding customer needs and validating solutions through data and feedback. • Partner with stakeholders to identify and act on opportunities that reduce operational complexity and risk. • Establish and maintain a deep understanding of the market including the competitive landscape, emerging trends, customer needs and market requirements. • Review market data and user feedback consistently to shape the product roadmap and improve user experience. • Lead new product and feature development by developing compelling business cases and rationale for new product investments. • Ensure customer and business requirements are understood and incorporated into design of new features. • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new product offerings into the market. • Collaborate with teams across the organization to develop a go-to-market strategy and launch plan. • Understand and deliver the highest priority features on the digital testing product roadmap that are aligned to the product vision and organizational priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with recent and substantial experience in educational technology. • Experience in K-12 digital assessment delivery is a strong plus. • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset; you’re the opposite of a passive ”go-between”-you drive solutions, not just messages. • Hands-on experience working in an Agile product development environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. • A customer-centric approach combined with strong organizational awareness; you’re curious and adaptable with tremendous learning agility. • Strong analytical skills, using both quantitative data and qualitative insights to define problems and develop effective solutions. • A proven track record of building trusted, productive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences. • The ability to travel 5-6 times a year to College Board offices or on behalf of College Board business.
