• Provide technical leadership to the team by sorting through solution options. • Build and maintain a highly engaged team and positive work culture. • Interface with business partners to develop understanding of team’s needs. • Manage scope and actively work against technical debt while ensuring security-sensitive perspectives.

Requirements

• Ideally 10 years’ experience in Agile software application development. • Strong communication skills, customer relationship management skills and team building skills. • Visionary leadership with a record of innovative ideas. • Knowledge of crossover/interdependencies between infrastructure tasks and development activities. • Hands-on experience with AWS, React, TypeScript, CDK, and Open Search. • Passion for delivering high quality products. • Able to travel 3-5 times a year to NYC or Reston, VA office. • Authorized to work in the United States.
