• Leads understanding of human needs, difficulties and value opportunities • Collaborates with Product, Design, and Leadership to define research strategies • Drives comprehensive research plans, clearly outlining goals, hypotheses and assumptions • Uncovers deep customer insights using diverse research methods • Advocates for strategic design solutions • Communicates user experience at various stages of the design process • Plans and conducts ethnographic studies and primary interviews
Requirements
• Five (5) plus years of experience in UX Research (web, mobile apps) • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Psychology, Research, or related field
