Description
• The Contracts Coordinator will have credentialing oversight of all external practitioners. • Responsible for ensuring all individuals route through the Workforce Engineering division. • Functions as the system liaison for all contracting needs and requirements. • Maintains and updates supplemental staffing contracts and assists in negotiations. • Works closely with Legal in reviewing contract language to minimize risk.
Requirements
• Bachelors of Business or related field Required • Associate's Degree Required • High school diploma with 2-3 years contracting or business procurement experience. • All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated. • Minimum 2 years working with contracts, contract credentialing processes; preferably in a healthcare setting • Strong customer service skills, communication, analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and advanced understanding of contract management. • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office products. • Independent and self motivated.
