•About the role •Starting pay ~ $56,000 annually. We are proud to offer this competitive salary, with the final salary determined by geographic market rate for the selected candidate. •This role will work from home (WFH), and can be located in any state within the United States where Rise Against Hunger currently operates. •The Regional Administrator will support the site leader in their assigned geographic region in the coordination of the meal packaging experience. •The administrator will be responsible for entering data into Salesforce, generating invoices, updating and organizing account information, and coordinating the collection of accounts receivable. •They will support multiple locations across their assigned region and will work with a diverse group of internal and external contacts at all levels of the organization.
•You are age 21 years or older •A Bachelor's degree or two years of work experience in related field •Proficiency in Google/Microsoft office suite as well as other cloud-based software •A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record with a willingness to drive a box truck to transport materials to and from events •Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting or operating pallet jacks including frequently lifting up to 50lbs. •Must be able to comply with DOT regulations and maintain DOT certification (DOT does not allow any history of marijuana use even for medicinal purposes) •Flexibility to work weekends as well as some evenings and early mornings. •Resourcefulness to work in different spaces and environments •Experience with non-profit work is helpful but not required •PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS •Knowledge of Microsoft Office, database and internet software •Operational knowledge of standard office equipment •Knowledge of Rise Against Hunger Meal Packaging Experiences •Accounting experience
