• Administers IT tools and web applications • Provides technical and strategic support for software components • Participates in implementing application updates such as upgrades and patches • Performs backup and recovery of third-party applications • Identifies proactive solutions for application technology requirements • Plans and coordinates with key stakeholders for testing changes • Collaborates with application development teams • Develops processes for applications and systems monitoring • Manages and resolves complex software, vendor, and technical issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) • 2 – 4 years of related experience • Knowledge of other development toolsets and programming languages such as Java, Python, .Net, C++ • Experience with administration, configuration, implementation of SaaS systems or software in the healthcare domain • Intermediate ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities
