Description

• Directs activities concerned with contracts for sale of equipment, materials, products, or services. • Assists Contract Administration personnel in preparing bids, proposals, process specifications, and reports. • Reviews bids, proposals, and contracts for conformity to contract requirements. • Performs as the designated leader of negotiating teams for negotiation of contracts with customers. • Requests and approves amendments to or extensions of contracts. • Advises departments of contractual rights and obligations, and monitors contract performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university. • 2-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 0-5 years with BA/BS. • Strong negotiation skills strongly preferred
