Description

β€’ The Contract Administrator, EPCM is responsible for assisting the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) department with all aspects of the construction contracting process. β€’ This position will work closely with Preconstruction, Project Managers, Legal, Finance, and other internal departments to initiate, execute, and manage the construction contracts. β€’ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to changing demands are paramount to this position.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum two (2) years in contract management and administration or related experience β€’ Knowledge of construction contracts, contract law, and relevant regulations and industry standards β€’ Knowledge of project management tools and processes β€’ Knowledge of budgets, billing, and accounting β€’ Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing, and scheduling software β€’ Highly organized, detail-oriented β€’ Excellent project management and organizational skills. β€’ Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment managing multiple deadlines for different transactions. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
