Description

• The CrunchTime Administrator is responsible for the maintenance of our Crunchtime Information Systems database. • This position is also responsible for training users on the Crunchtime software products Enterprise Manager and Net Chef. • The CrunchTime Administrator serves as the system expert and provides support to users of all levels at the corporate office and at restaurant locations. • Ensures that the CrunchTime system remains in sync with other integrated systems (POS, accounting software). • Monitors data transfer error remediation to rapidly fix failed file transfers. • Communicates directly with Crunchtime Client Services team to convey outstanding issues, requests, and training needs.

Requirements

• Education Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred • Work Experience: 2-4 years • Physical Requirements: Basic keyboarding or other repetitive motions • Competencies: Self-Development & Growth, Interpersonal Skills & Empathy, Effective Communication, Knowing the Business, Organization & Delegation, Innovation + Creativity, Strategic Thinking, Dealing with Ambiguity, Managing Work + Continuous Improvement, Managing Complex Decisions + Business Acumen
