• The Legal Contract Operations Lead is a self-starter who builds dynamic contract operations processes and technology. • Role focuses on project management, process administration, and designing system workflows. • Reports to the Legal Contract Operations Manager on the Legal Operations team. • Option to work 100% remote or hybrid at office locations.
🎯 Requirements
• BA/BS degree in pre-law or business fields • 4+ years of progressive legal process support and contract governance experience • Led RFP processes for small to midsized vendor selection opportunities • Extraordinary written, verbal, and interpersonal skills • Strong project management experience • Proficient in technology including Ironclad, Salesforce, Google Vault, Nintex.
