📋 Description
• Responsible for the competent, ethical, and diligent representation of clients • Handling matters of great complexity and/or exposure • Assists Managing or Supervising Attorney in managerial and administrative duties • Provides guidance, supervision and training to other Attorneys • Consults with Claims Department regarding insurance policy questions • Supervises and handles unique legal cases with severe injuries including document preparation • Maintains computerized litigation support systems for assigned caseloads
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor’s degree required • Law school degree, member in good standing of state bar • At least three years as an Attorney including civil jury trial experience or equivalent ADR experience • Capable of handling cases of moderate to great exposure and/or complexity with minimum supervision • Public speaking, ability to handle high case loads in confrontational situations
