📋 Description
• This role is within the Legal Team at Robin. • Involves working directly with investment teams at large private equity and debt funds. • Responsibility for reviewing the work of junior team members. • Fantastic opportunities for personal career development. • Review and negotiate contracts using AI technology and legal experience. • Help establish and agree contract playbooks with clients. • Test technology products and provide feedback to engineering teams.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 2-3 years’ experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating core transactional documents (including confidentiality agreements, engagement letters and release letters). • Experience working with private equity, asset management or hedge fund clients, whether in-house, at a service provider or at a law firm. • Understand typical fund transaction structures and timelines. • Enjoy taking initiative and seeking answers to interesting legal issues. • Be both technical and commercial, both in law and outside of it. • Interested in developing client management skills at a faster pace and potentially taking ownership of client relationships. • Motivated to work in a fast-paced, diverse and intellectually challenging environment.
