•Manage the development, implementation, and management of DoorDash's executive compensation and equity strategy •Provide consultation and support in scaling compensation and equity programs •Create and implement process improvements for employee engagement •Present compensation insights to partners across the business •Conduct market studies and analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
🎯 Requirements
