Requirements

• Attitude: You’re a go-getter. You’re highly results-driven, highly motivated and you have a growth mindset. You’re tenacious and gritty. • Sales Skills: A minimum of 2 years of experience in value-based, end-to-end sales. You’ll have a proven history of successfully sourcing new leads, securing meetings with new leads, working through a consultation process with that lead, and following through the final negotiation stages to ultimately closing the deal. • You must have a style that naturally clicks with graziers/farmers.
