• About Us: Carefeed is an all-in-one operations platform to help senior living and long-term care communities simplify their daily operations. • About the Opportunity: Our Core Product team is focused on making our customers’ jobs easier and delivering the best experience possible. • Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, manage a backlog of requirements, support execution of partnerships, collaborate with engineering, conduct research, drive user research, define product metrics, and partner with teams for communication.

• Experience using and working with agile methodologies • Proven experience in 0 to 1 and scaling products • Data-driven mindset with the ability to define and track KPIs and make informed product decisions • Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels • A passion for building customer-centric products that simplify and improve user experiences.
