📋 Description

• The Senior Product Manager works as part of a team responsible for product management across the full product life cycle and often engages with sales and technical teams to ensure new products and features are delivered with the highest quality and in accordance with customer needs. • Lead the design and end-to-end execution of business cases, product line pro-forma, or other decision analysis projects with supervision, exhibiting mastery of common techniques and frameworks for asking critical questions and conducting analysis. • Independently manage multiple parallel product initiatives of high complexity through the full product life cycle; define and manage multi-stage programs of high complexity; make resource trade-off decisions within a product line or program. • Understand competitive landscape and own the creation of a winning competitive strategy for a major product line, including implications for customer segmentation, profitability, and feasibility; designs and manages roadmaps for new products, enhancements, and end-of-life. • In collaboration with cross-functional teams, define and execute go-to-market strategy for high complexity initiatives with independence, and for large multi-stage programs does so with supervision; support sales efforts with product line-level expertise... • Communicate with the team, product leadership and key stakeholders frequently and effectively. • Effectively communicate the product strategy and motivate the full team that contributes to product delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, technology or related area • 6-8 years of related work experience; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position • Product Owner Certification • Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
