📋 Description
• Senior Product Manager responsible for product strategy, roadmap development, and execution for SaaS solutions. • Collaborate with customers and experts to manage the entire product lifecycle. • Shape future solutions through innovation and strategic leadership. • Lead all stages of product development from ideation to post-launch optimization, ensuring efficient Agile practices. • Develop product vision aligned to market needs through market research. • Conduct user research to define actionable product requirements addressing healthcare needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals. • Own business case development to ensure profitability and ROI. • Identify and mitigate risks focusing on healthcare regulatory compliance. • Lead successful product launches driving adoption and revenue growth.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years as a Product Manager, ideally within healthcare SaaS. Sterile Processing familiarity a bonus. • Demonstration of acquiring deep understanding of user needs and delivering customer-centric solutions that win in the marketplace. • Experience with launching new products and leading cross functional teams through ideation, development, pricing, pilot testing and driving adoption leading to revenue growth • Proven experience with Agile practices and cross-functional team collaboration. • Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities and critical thinking in product strategy. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to leadership and cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in AI/ML technologies and data-driven product management. • Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and fostering collaboration across departments. • Ability to tackle complex challenges with innovative solutions and drive product success.
