📋 Description
• LastPass is looking for a Senior Product Owner of Billing & Payments to join our Commerce & FinTech Systems Team. • This role is pivotal in driving the scalability, automation, and optimization of our global billing and payments ecosystem. • As a strategic owner, you will define and execute a product roadmap for Zuora Billing and payment platforms.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a SaaS company, focusing on billing and payment platforms. • Hands-on expertise with Zuora Billing, Stripe, ChargeBee, or other subscription billing and payment solutions. • Experience integrating billing systems with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP solutions (e.g., NetSuite). • Deep understanding of subscription billing models, payment processing, and revenue workflows in a SaaS environment. • Proficient in SQL and data analysis to troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize system performance. • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams on priorities and deliverables. • Proven ability to drive automation and process improvement within billing and payment systems to support scalability and digital transformation.
