📋 Description

• Today’s financial infrastructure is archaic, expensive, inefficient and risky — supporting a system that leaves out more people than it lets in. • We’re on a mission to open the world’s financial system to everyone by enabling the instant movement of any asset, any time, in a trustworthy way. • For over a decade, we’ve built blockchain infrastructure that tokenizes, custodies, trades and settles assets for the world’s leading financial institutions, like PayPal, Venmo, Mastercard and Interactive Brokers. • We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our rapidly growing team. • In this role, you will define the product strategy and drive execution of the product roadmap for our B2B Onboarding and Activation product capability. • In 2025, we are rapidly scaling our issued stablecoin assets (USDG, USDL) and infrastructure solutions to meet global B2B demand for stablecoins. • We launched a new self-serve B2B product (the Paxos Dashboard) in late 2024 that enables us to address a much wider range of customers in this market and are looking for an SPM to define the go forward strategy and drive the roadmap of the Onboarding and Activation experience for this product.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience at a high-growth technology company. • Demonstrated success getting buy-in from cross-functional teams on your product vision and strategy in written and verbal communication forums. • A demonstrated ability to make effective product prioritization decisions with imperfect information. • Demonstrated success partnering with design teams and working directly with users and user-facing teams (Operations, Customer Success) to collect and synthesize product feedback at all phases of the product life cycle. • Deep partnership with engineering teams on highly technical platform problems.
