• The Senior Product Manager will execute the strategic roadmap for PrimeRx MARKET, a B2B pharmaceutical marketplace serving pharmacies and healthcare providers. • This role focuses on optimizing platform performance, ensuring seamless transactions, integrating PrimeRx MARKET with complementary digital solutions, and leveraging data to maximize purchasing opportunities for buyers. • The Senior Product Manager will improve product discoverability, pricing insights, and supplier participation by leveraging data-driven insights and competitive pricing strategies that empower buyers and foster supplier competition. • This role demands proactive adaptation to industry dynamics, regulatory changes, and customer needs to sustain PrimeRx MARKET’s competitive edge. • The Senior Product Manager will implement best-in-class digital commerce strategies, driving frictionless transactions, automation, and pricing transparency. • By leveraging real-time market intelligence, they will identify opportunities for competitive differentiation, anticipate industry shifts, and drive ongoing innovation. • This position involves close collaboration with engineering, UX, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to execute product initiatives and improve platform usability, automation, and marketplace intelligence. • The Senior Product Manager will also own the quarterly planning process, ensuring product development aligns with business goals, market conditions, and evolving customer needs. • Market analysis, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy are key to this role. • The Senior Product Manager will track industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor strategies to refine product decisions while working with marketing and sales teams to drive successful product launches and adoption. • This role requires travel as needed for in-person meetings, customer and supplier engagements, and industry conferences.
• 5+ years of product management experience in e-commerce or digital marketplaces (B2B or B2C). • Demonstrated success in scaling online marketplaces, driving buyer adoption, supplier engagement, and transaction volume. • Experience leading iterative product development, incorporating feedback loops and phased rollouts. • Strong analytical skills, with experience using SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar tools. • Expertise in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and customer behavior analytics. • Understanding of pricing intelligence, marketplace liquidity, and supply chain dynamics. • Experience using product analytics tools (Pendo, Mixpanel, FullStory) to evaluate user behavior. • Preferred Experience: • Experience in the pharmacy industry, including knowledge of GPOs, pharmacy purchasing processes, and supplier negotiations, is highly preferred. • Experience with API and EDI integrations, marketplace automation, and inventory management. • Experience in procurement optimization, order management, or marketplace-driven payment processing solutions. • Familiarity with AI-driven marketplace recommendations, predictive analytics, and real-time pricing strategies.
