📋 Description

•Serve as a product development and management expert for practice areas •Lead the product development of new products and service offerings •Drive the update and refinement of existing products •Provide product management leadership for departments •Coach and support Product Managers in daily tasks •Work with marketing team to generate product collateral •Create high-level business requirements for product features •Modify and update products based on client feedback •Collaborate to develop or update processes and strategies •Research market drivers and client needs •Support business development efforts for MVP-deployment

🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a business-related, STEM, or environmental discipline •A minimum of 8 years of professional experience with at least 4 of those years in a Product Management role •Proven professional experience designing and managing products or services •Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and voice of customer outreach •Ability to analyze markets and apply findings to development decisions •Direct project management experience including partnership management and program design development •Experience leading and managing cross-team projects and goals •Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on core product management activities •Willingness to work as part of multiple teams and balance parallel workstreams
