• About Ziplines: Ziplines Education is a category-leading education company that partners with universities to deliver industry-focused certificate courses that prepare professionals for today’s digital-first workforce. • The role: As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the discovery, selection, configuration, and development of innovative tools and experiences that elevate the efficiency of core operational processes and services. • What you’ll do: Drive and develop the build-out, configuration, and optimization of systems and processes enabling operational scale; collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements; analyze workflows, develop strategies for scalable tools, and partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver products.

🎯 Requirements

• Product Management Experience: 5+ years of experience building and optimizing tools or systems that enhance operational efficiency, preferably in operations or EdTech. • Strong Individual Owner: You take full ownership and accountability for ensuring nothing slips through the cracks, and you are excited to roll up your sleeves to get stuff done. • Technical Acumen: You can collaborate with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa. • Analytical and Data-Driven: Strong ability to leverage data to inform decisions, identify opportunities, and measure product success. You are a whiz at Google Sheets (or similar tools) and dig into BI tools like Looker. • Strategic and Operational Insight: Strong understanding of operational workflows and aligning product roadmaps with business goals. • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent cross-functional teamwork and stakeholder communication skills, focusing on presenting clear insights and strategies.
