• Collaborate with Revenue Operations team and cross-departmental functions • Develop and implement Sales and Customer Success playbooks • Implement build and configuration changes in Salesforce and Hubspot • Own day-to-day maintenance and improvements of business tech stack

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or a similar operational role • Strong understanding of Marketing, Sales, and CS processes • Ability to interrogate business requirements • Salesforce certified administrator or equivalent experience
