Description
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to the RN Intake Coordinators. • Obtain patient referral data from referral sources via phone or fax. • Enter new patient information into computer system as needed. • Acts as liaison between Intake and referral sources. • Assure accurate transfer of patient insurance information to IVC.
Requirements
• HS diploma or GED required. • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required. • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. • Knowledge of medical terminology required. • Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office Products required.
