📋 Description

• Business Analyst IV responsible for identifying business gaps and proposing solutions • Collaborate with leadership on areas of improvement and validation of deliveries • Lead teams in all areas of requirements analysis and documentation • Provide guidance and mentorship to business analysts and vendor teams • Maintain group focus and facilitate requirements gathering and validation sessions • Assist development teams in understanding requirements for comprehensive solutions • Develop business case including return on investment and regulatory issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience required • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in requirements management required • Healthcare delivery and/or payer industry experience required • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel • Mastery of business analysis principles and applications/elicitation tools • Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of managed care and government sponsored programs • Extensive knowledge of IT development cycle, Agile Framework, and other development frameworks • Strong interpersonal skills and effective working relationships with stakeholders • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Time management skills and ability to prioritize goals
