Description

• Responsible for developing advanced analytics solutions using ML and AI technologies for healthcare • Stay updated on NLP, Generative AI, and healthcare informatics for continuous innovation • Utilize NLP algorithms to analyze unstructured healthcare data, extract meaningful insights • Lead a team specializing in NLP and predictive analytics for successful project delivery • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for data-driven solutions • Develop predictive models to extract insights from complex healthcare datasets • Conduct rigorous data analysis to derive insights and actionable recommendations • Define KPIs, develop metrics, and create dashboards for effective communication of insights • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership based on data analysis and modeling results • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain data integrity • Lead cross-functional projects and mentor teammates to further department objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience is required • Master’s degree or PhD preferred • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in predictive analytics, data science, or related field within healthcare • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the healthcare industry required • Minimum of one (1) year of experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern data stack (Databricks or Snowflakes) required • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in development and deployment of an NLP and Generative AI solution in the healthcare industry required • Project management experience preferred • Strong expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and predictive analytics tools (Python or R) • Expert in data manipulation, data visualization, and SQL for data extraction and analysis • Expert in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
