📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the operational performance and maintenance of all facilities, equipment, and systems • Ensure the seamless day-to-day functioning of the battery energy storage systems • Manage relationships with third-party service providers • Develop and execute strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) • Lead emergency response efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of O&M management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the energy industry • Strong knowledge of renewable energy-based power equipment and inverter based resources • Strong knowledge of MV/HV electrical equipment, protection systems, and industry standards • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and large-scale operational projects • Experience developing and optimizing operational processes, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills with a track record of mentoring teams • Ability to interpret engineering drawings (one-line diagrams, three-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, etc.) and ability to review basic electrical discipline calculations
