• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in logistics or transportation • Demonstrated success in acquiring customers and achieving revenue goals in competitive markets • Strong negotiation and closing skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken) • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%)
