Description

• Leading the technical cooperation with distributors and PV installers in Italy. • Supporting the customers with all pre-sales technical & product marketing information. • Working out and regularly conducting on-site and online customer trainings for JA’s distribution customers and installers. • Daily technical support to customers and JA’s sales team staff. • Constantly update shared folders on JA products accessible for JA’s customers. • Certifications of JA Solar’s products in the concerned European markets. • Collaborate with component manufacturers to check the compatibility of JA’s modules with other system components. • Overview on competitors’ products and product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Physics • More than 5 years of work experience in the PV industry • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong technical attitude with the ability to understand customer’s needs • Fluency in English and Italian, a third European language or Chinese is a plus • Availability to travel • Self-motivated and performance driven • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Problem solving ability • Proactive, dynamic and customer oriented
