📋 Description
• We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. • In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. • Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive company image. • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred. • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication. • Strong office skills including data entry and familiarity with computer systems. • Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with customers. • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
