• Supports the generation and use of research that drives educational transformation • Nurtures the co-development of research plans and facilitates discussions of research findings • Supports collective engagement with a national research and development agenda • Facilitates joint generation and use of evidence across a range of populations • Evaluates equity of opportunity and outcomes • Builds and integrates evidence from multiple sources to inform system improvement • Leads complex partnerships with academic, policy, practitioner, and community audiences • Produces reports for practical application and peer-reviewed academic journals • Manages team workload and fosters an inclusive, high-performing work environment
🎯 Requirements
• Ph.D. in education or closely related social science field with focus in education • Evidence of working with educators to use measures and related analytics to reflect on performance • Demonstrated success functioning as a knowledge broker across diverse roles • Evidence of accomplishment in education-related research, preferably in both academic and applied settings • Strategic leadership and management experience in a K-12 or postsecondary educational setting • Professional experience in formal or informal learning settings
