• Lead the day-to-day operations and success of our Supplements team • Drive both short- and long-term strategies to support business growth • Manage vendor partnerships and collaborate with Account Management • Define training needs for new workflows and vehicle type cross-training • Focus on optimizing efficiency and quality using data-driven insights • Responsible for coaching and mentoring estimating managers
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 8 years of Supplements or repair experience with at least 4 years of management experience • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams • Extensive knowledge of insurance principles and how they apply to appraisal decisions • Thorough understanding of vehicle repair, parts costs, supplements classification, and fraud detection practices • Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-based, and results-driven environment • Desire to thrive in a remote environment ripe with opportunity to advance • Data driven - ability to use data to identify problems and potential solutions and consistently report back
