📋 Description

• As the Director of Auto Appraisals, you will lead the day-to-day operations and success of our Supplements team • Driving both short- and long-term strategies to support business growth. • Manage the success of the Supplements team, ultimately driving individual and organizational success • Recommend new workforce models and strategies that allow us to reduce costs associated with handling virtual supplements • Build, implement, and manage both manual and automated workflows to increase operational efficiency • Use data to articulate current and future planning and report on successes and opportunities • Apply knowledge of industry best practices to build out programming that will improve quality in the claims handling for the supplements team • Coach and mentor estimating managers, encouraging collaboration and elevating overall department performance

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of Supplements or repair experience with at least 4 years of management experience • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams • Extensive knowledge of insurance principles and how they apply to appraisal decisions • Thorough understanding of vehicle repair, parts costs, supplements classification, and fraud detection practices • Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-based, and results-driven environment • Desire to thrive in a remote environment ripe with opportunity to advance • Data driven - ability to use data to identify problems and potential solutions and consistently report back
