📋 Description

• Establishes prospects and develops a professional relationship to understand the customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet the customer needs. • Continuous professional development through company-provided and on the job training, including, but not limited to, business and finance, marketing, sales process and strategy, and public speaking. • Coordinate and/or participate in trade shows and marketing/sales seminars as and when required. • Pricing equipment & service solution offerings to prospective customers to grow the business. • In charge of developing new sales business within their geographical area, including offering a wider service offering with existing clients. • Evaluation of market potential, finding sales opportunities in other related sectors as well the focused markets already undertaken by the company. • Estimate project opportunities and prepare proposals with contractors, FM, M&E and building owners. • Coordinate with vendors and sub-contractors. • Complete sales calls/meeting to generate new business and build on existing relationships. • Present solutions to customers for consideration and secure new contracts for the company.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong service sales background • Familiarity with the Chiller, HVAC or Heat-Pump marketplace is a bonus or demonstrate the ability to quickly acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to be successful. • Excellent communication skills • Ability to make calls to prospective customers, handle customer inquiries and develop these into project wins and new revenue for the business • UK Driving Licence • IT Literate with MS Office skills.
