• Lead multiple teams and establish Field Service objectives • Define and review sourcing strategies for manpower allocation • Resolve complex escalated issues impacting business and recommend solutions • Establish training programs to ensure operational effectiveness • Own complex customer agreements and service levels.
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED • 10 + years of experience in Operations/ Building Automation • Bachelor’s/Advanced Degree in Engineering, Business, Technical Degree or related field (preferred) • Experience Managing and Leading an engineering team • Proficiency in Windows operating environment, including e-mail and Microsoft Office software • Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making ability • Effective and professional communication and organization skills • Strong planning, forecasting and presentation skills with proven product design and management skills.
