Description

• Come join our amazing team and work from home near one of our offices. • The Quality Control Servicing Analyst will be responsible for conducting scheduled monthly/quarterly audits to ensure CMS Servicing business unit is in compliance with all internal policy & procedures. • Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations. • Identify exception/performance trends and maintain accuracy ratio of 98%.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience • Three (3) years of auditing Loan Servicing experience • An advanced working knowledge of Loan Servicing • Need to be live near, Anaheim, CA, Westfield, IN or Plano, TX to be considered.
